Earthquake Relief and Reconstruction Fund
ADF is working in partnership with Haiti's non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in mobilizing resources for emergency relief, rehabilitation and reconstruction services for the people in Haiti impacted by the earthquake on January 13, 2010. ADF has experience working in Haiti since 1985. ADF and Haitian NGO partners are organizing emergency relief services including food, clothing, shelter, medical care; post-disaster psychological counseling and developing longer-term recovery plans for the reconstruction of orphanages, schools and hospitals in the disaster area. ADF has established a "Haiti Earthquake Relief and Reconstruction Fund" seeking resources necessary for these emergency relief, rehabilitation and reconstruction services.
